AllEvents.in: building the organic growth engine from zero.

This is the work that most directly shaped how I think about SEO: large surface area, real technical complexity, strong data assets, and the need to make organic growth operationally sustainable.

What made the challenge meaningful.

AllEvents.in operated in a crowded and technically demanding search environment. The site had high content potential because of its event and location data, but the technical and structural foundation needed to be rebuilt for that potential to compound.

The challenge was not simply to publish more. It was to make a large and dynamic platform easier for search engines to crawl, interpret, and reward while the product continued to evolve.

Three pillars shaped the SEO system.

01

Technical foundation first

Before scaling anything else, the site needed stronger crawl behavior, canonical logic, URL consistency, and template quality.

02

Programmatic content with real search value

The opportunity was not just volume. It was turning rich event and location data into page-level value that search engines could understand and rank.

03

Automation as an operating layer

At this scale, recurring SEO work had to be systematized. Automation reduced manual time and improved monitoring coverage at the same time.

Representative actions taken across the system.

01Restructured URL and canonical logic across event, city, category, and venue surfaces.
02Implemented event-focused structured data at scale.
03Built content frameworks for high-opportunity city and category pages.
04Reduced crawl waste through technical controls and smarter internal linking.
05Created automation pipelines for rank tracking, reporting, and content-health analysis.
06Worked with engineering on Core Web Vitals and template-level performance improvements.

What this work reinforced.

At marketplace scale, technical SEO is a systems design problem, not a checklist problem.
The operational layer matters as much as the strategy layer when the surface area is this large.
Data-rich businesses have an advantage only if they structure and expose that data clearly enough for search engines to reward it.

If your site has scale, complexity, and real upside, this is the kind of work I am built for.

The strongest SEO gains tend to come from better systems, not just more tactics.
